We take a direct and caring approach. We are solution focused, once the initial assessment is completed, we partner with the patient to develop a treatment plan with specific measurable objectives to meet their goals. our therapeutic approach heavily involves support and accountability. These are two imperative variables that lead to progress in meeting the patient’s goals.

Holly has 14 years of experience as a clinician. Holly specializes in trauma and addiction. Holly graduated with a masters degree from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2010. Holly has extended experience in customizing therapeutic approaches for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, co dependency, trauma and substance abuse.

Each person is unique, we learn, grow, express and process differently. It's my practice to know each patient and identify the best modality of therapy and processing for their goals and desires. Specifically, practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Unhealthy patterns that occur in our life provoke a need for change. Some settle and accept this, in therapy we can work together to break this cycle and enhance you're confidence, skill set and belief system for internal change that will impact external change.

Julie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and is expanding her expertise through certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Somatic Therapy. Amber is a seasoned therapist with over 9 years of focused experience helping adults affected by the family disease of addiction and co-occurring issues. She has provided counseling services in a variety of treatment settings, including court-mandated therapeutic communities, outpatient treatment, inpatient detoxification and residential treatment, and medication-assisted treatment.

Amber’s therapeutic approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and grounded in an open-minded environment conducive to growth and positive change. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities and adjusts her approach based on each client’s unique needs and goals.

Amber has specialized training in ART, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a brief and integrative approach which facilitates rapid and long-lasting recovery from symptoms associated with trauma, depression, addiction, and other mental health issues.

She is skilled at identifying and leveraging the unique strengths and skills of each client, fostering a healthier level of functioning and helping individuals reduce the power that struggles have over them. Laura Deane is a licensed and registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping individuals build a healthier relationship with food and body image. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Nutrition, Laura has worked with adolescents and adults in various care settings, including residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care. She now offers personalized one-on-one telehealth nutrition counseling sessions, connecting with clients from the comfort of their own homes.

Laura’s approach to nutrition counseling focuses on understanding and addressing the underlying behaviors, habits, and beliefs around food. She works collaboratively with each client to create sustainable, realistic plans for lasting change. Whether supporting individuals overwhelmed by dietary changes, those struggling with disordered eating or eating disorders, or clients simply needing guidance on how to implement a balanced, livable approach to nutrition, Laura provides a supportive, judgment-free space for growth and healing.

Her nutrition philosophy is centered around using food to care for the body, rather than focusing on controlling the body through food. Laura believes that all foods can be incorporated into a balanced diet and that food should be enjoyed while also nourishing the body. She works with clients to develop a healthy relationship with food that promotes both physical and emotional well-being.

She brings a wealth of experience to her work, holding certifications in both Substance Abuse Counseling and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Her clinical practice is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a genuine dedication to each client’s well-being.

Sandhya has worked extensively with local universities, where she supported students facing challenges related to trauma, sexual assault, stalking, and dating violence.
